Function
Juxin Machinery produce the full set of Stone Production Line Equipment, and we'll provide the comprehensive technical support. The Stone Production Line mainly consist of Vibrating Feeder, Jaw Crusher, Impact Crusher, Vibrating Screen, Belt Conveyor, centralized electric control and other device; In general, the processing capacity is 50-500t/h. To meet the different processing needs of customers, the line can be added the cone crusher, dedusting equipment etc. Stone Production Line Equipment can be used for limestone, basalt, river gravel, smelting slag, the aggregate of many materials and artificial sand etc. It's suitable for water and electricity, building materials, highway, urban construction and other industries. In different stone production line, different combination of various types of equipment meet the different processing requirements of customers.
Device Configuration
1.The hardness of Broken material is not more than 320Mpa, such as granite, basalt stone and so on, they are applicable for two crushing process, the main equipment include: vibrating feeder--jaw crusher(first crusher)--stone crusher(second crusher:impact crusher, hammer crusher or vertical impact crusher)--vibrating screen--finished production, and belt conveyor is the main conveying equipment between any equipment.
2.The hardness of Broken material is not more than 150Mpa, to save customer costs and increase the working efficiency, we advice to use disposable molding equipment. Main equipment include: vibrating feeder--high efficiency composite crusher(two in one crusher. Bulk materials can be through unique design to achieve the desired particle size, typically hammer crusher)--vibrating screen--finished production, and belt conveyor is the main conveying equipment between any equipment.

Technical feature
1)stone making production line is automatic and efficient, it features high reduction ratio and big processing capacity. The finished product is in cubic shape, with high compression intensity but low needle shape particles and no internal gap.
2)Easy equipment maintenance, the spare parts adopt the domestic latest wearable material, with low wastage and long product life period, thus can bring customer considerable profit.
3)The stone making production designed by JUXIN has been applied to stone crushing process like limestone, granite, basalt, cobble etc. the quality of the finished products reaches standard of GB14685-2001, it supplies fine aggregate for highway, railway, conservancy and concrete reinforcement.
Basic flow
In the Stone Production Line, vibrating feeder feed materials into first crusher for primary crushing, then the coarse materials is transported into second crusher(impact crusher or hammer crusher)for futher crushing. After fine crushed, the materials are divided into different types of pebbles through vibrating screen. Pebbles which are meeting the required size are shipped to Finished windrow; Otherwise, pebbles are shipped into the second crusher for re-crushing to several times closed circulation. According to customers' detaied requirement, finished production can be combing and classifing. At the same time, we can use the dedusting equipment to profect our enviroment.
