Sand making Production Line

The Stone Production Line mainly consist of Vibrating Feeder, Jaw Crusher, Sand Making Machine, Vibrating Screen, Sand Washing Machine, Belt Conveyor, centralized electric control and other device; In general, the processing capacity is 50-500t/h. Sand making Production Line Equipment can be used for limestone, basalt, river gravel, smelting slag, the aggregate of many materials and artificial sand etc. It's suitable for water and electricity, building materials, highway, urban construction and other industries. In different stone production line, different combination of various types of equipment meet the different processing requirements of customers. 

Sand Making Production Line has these main equipment: vibrating feeder--jaw crusher--the third sand maker(fine crusher)--vibrating screen--sand washer--belt conveyor--finished sand. According to customers' detailed requirement, we can make some differences about our Sand making production Line.

 

 

1)cubic shape finished product is of good quality and great strength to resist compression. With low contents of needle and slice particles, the product is especially for high quality construction such as water conservancy, bridge, highway and high building etc.

2)the production line is suitable for breaking granite, basalt, cobble, bauxite, concrete clinker, quartz, diamond sand, ore, iron ore etc. The traditional equipment can be only used for soft stone material breaking with compression less than 150Mpa, but this difficulty has been solved by this new production line.

3)Juxin senior engineer will make and select each production line elaborately, and ensure the equipment keep advanced within 3 or 5 years.

4)The contents of mud and powder are controllable.

 

In the Sand Making Production Line, vibrating feeder feed materials into first crusher for primary crushing, then the coarse materials is transported into fine crusher for futher crushing. After fine crushing, pebbles are divided into two kinds through vibrating screen, Pebbles which are meeting the required size are shipped into sand maker to making sand; otherweise, other pebbles are shipped into the fine crusher for re-fine crushing. Through the sand maker, some pebbles will become the sand, then after sand washer(Selectable), it be finished sand, and some are resent into the sand maker for sand re-making.
