■ Overview
Function
Ball mill is the key equipment for re-smashing material after first crushing. It mainly consists of cylinder, liner, feeding part, discharging part, hollow shafts, bearings, transmission device (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electronic control cabinet) lubrication system etc. The series of milling machine is suitable for grinding all kinds of ore and other materials, so they are widely used in mineral processing, building materials , chemical industry and other sectors. Ball mill has dry and wet grinding methods, and according to the different ways of discharge, we have lattice and overflow two types.
Operating Principle
When the machine starts work, material from the feed device air shaft spiral evenly go into first mill warehouse, the warehouse equipped with ladder liner or corrugated liner, inbuilt are different size steel balls, centrifugal force produced by steel rotating cylinder will brought the ball down after a certain height, severe impact on the material and grinding them.
After coarse grinding in the first mill warehouse, then go into the second warehouse from single-compartment plate, the warehouse lined with flat liner, built-in ball, the material be further grinding; Powder material discharged through the discharge grate plate , and meanwhile completed the grinding operation.
