The different of quartzite and quartz sand processing equipment is that quartzite doesn't need further milling process, but they both need to use jaw crusher, cone crusher for crushing, then enter sand making machine to make sand. Finally, go through sand washing machine so that they can become finished products. Quartzite and quartz sand particle size of the two materials are different, the selection of equipment may vary. 
Quartzite production line process: First, use jaw crusher to preliminary broken; Then, production into a coarse material transported by belt conveyor to the crushing machine for further crushing, after crushing stone vibrating sieve separated into two kinds of stones, those which can meet sand making machine feed particle size can get into sand making machine to make sand, another part must return to machine into fine broken.
