The material blockage is common in the working process of crusher, and this phenomenon is caused by shutdown of motor with over load. Normally, there are two reasons for the shut of motor:
1.The belt conveyor can not meet the big capacity of crusher;
2.The downstream machine is shut down, but the crusher is on. That's to say, start the crusher before the worker should remove the whole materials from the crusher, that will waste your 3-4 hours and energy.
