PE series of Jaw crusher has two types of main connecting rods：integral and combined types. In China Juxin, we always adopt of the integral type for jaw crusher. As it suffers the tensile force, it's manufactured by the casting still materials.
Beause of the pressure, China Juxin always adopt casting iron materials for the toggle plate of jaw crusher. The toggle plate is the easily damaged parts, and sometimes it's used for adjust the gap of the outlet. China Juxin crusher has the whole and composie toggle plates.
The features of the composite toggle plate has these features: when the not easily broken materials get into the crusher, the rivet is broken off. After some parement, the toggle plates is Ok for resuing. In fact, China Juxin has been study the shape and materials of toggle plate, and we'll make it for long use to expand the service life of China Juxin jaw crusher.
