Crusher is the very common equipment for crushing hard stone materials. Crushing is the process that breaks the big materials into small pieces. That's to say, external force(like manpower, mechanical force, electric power, chemical energy, atomic energy etc) is exerted on the crushed materials for conquering the cohesion among molecules, then the big materials can be into small pieces. Beause the ore stone is the brittle material, it can be crushed under the small deformation.
At present, mechanical force is mainly used for crushing mineral. China Juxin summarizes the familiar crushing methods of crusher. The methods of crushing ore by mechanical force is as below:
2.To cut(b). Ore is squished from the crushing surfaces between plane and cuspidal edge, and it will be crushed along the pressure line.
3.To snap(c). Ore is be crushed by buckling.
4.To grind(d). Ore is suffer from some pressure and shear force from moving surfaces, and the shear force reaches to the shear strength, then ore is crushed. However, the method for grinding has low efficiency and high consumption.
5.To impact crush(e). Ore is crushed by impact force of some ratating parts with high speed. As a matter of fact, any kind of crusher and grinder can not crush matrerials by one of these above-mentioned crushing methods, as least two or more.
