2.Before starting the hammer coal crusher, the operater should rotate the rotor by hand to check whether it can rotate flexibly and can not rub the other parts.
3.According to the right starting method, first start the hammer coal crusher then feed the ore materials into the crusher. And shut off the machine, the operater should stop feeding materials, then shut off the crusher machine.

5.When the crusher is on, the amount of the feeing materials should be uniform. The more and less amount will cause hammer coal crusher with unstable load.
6.The lubrication of hammer coal crusher. The operater should add some new lubricating oil into the crusher every one month and change the new lubricating oil every 2-3 month.
7.When the hammer coal crusher is off, the operater should check the quick-waering part, the parts which is damaged seriously should be changed by the new one.
