How to deal with the jump and noise of jaw crusher

In the stone crushing site, the noise of crushing materials is inevitable, but the jump and the noise of jaw crusher is avoidable. China Juxin Machinery sum up the solution:
 

 

 

1.When jaw crusher is on, the movable jaw plate is near to the fixed jaw plate, the crusher jump and some noise is from jaw crusher:

 

1)The bolts of jaw plates is loose or lost: fasten or equip full the bolts;

2)The outlet is too small, the movable and fixed jaw plates strike each other: adjust the outlet to ensure the appropriate gap between two jaw plates.

 

2.Some noise is from the housing back of jaw crusher:

 

1)The pull rod is loose, so the toggle plate strike the movable jaw and toggle plate pad of the adjusting seat: fasten the pull rod;

2)The pull rod rubs the the bottom of movable jaw: check the spring tension, if the spring tension is damaged, change a new one and fasten the pull rod and the new spring;

3)The spring and the spring seat strick each other: adjust the the spring seat and fasten the bolts.

 

3.The jaw crusher jump seriously:

 

1)The foundation bolt is loose or broken: fasten or change the foundation bolt;

2)The balancing weight of the wheel is off tracking: adjust the balancing weight, then fasten the bolt;

3)The foundation of jaw crusher is slippery and no isolation measures: reinforce its foundation and add the tie or rubberetc.
