When the jaw crusher doesn't work, you can make sure the running condition of the wheel and movable jaw plate, if they work normally, the reason that cause the jaw crusher do not work is listed as below:
1.The stretched spring. Something is wrong with the stretched spring, then the operater just change a new stretched spring.
2.The pull rod. The pull rod of jaw crusher fractures. Change the new pull rod for jaw crusher so that the processing capacity can be guaranteed.
3.The toggle plate. The toggle drop out or it's damaged. If it drops out, reinstall it; if it's damaged, change a new toggle plate.
