1.The outlet of jaw crusher is blocked, so there are many materials in the crushing chamber. After the crusher stop absolutely, the operater can remove the stemming in the outlet and all the mateirals in the crushing chamber;
2.The triangle belt is loose, so it slips. Then the operater should tighten the belt or change a new belt to ensure the normal running of jaw crusher;
3.The adapter sleeve of eccentric shaft is loose, that cause the shaft can not run normally. The operater re-install it or change the new adapter sleeve.
4.The voltage in the crushing site is overlow, jaw crusher can not crush rather large ore materials. The worker can adjust the voltage to meet the working voltage in crushing site.
5.The shaft is damaged. Change a new shaft for jaw crusher.
