1.Forbid the worker to operate the crusher before reading the Operating Instruction.
After the purchase of crusher, the related operater should read the Operating Instruction so he can operate the crusher and know how to maintain it very well. The unskilled operation will cuase some avoidable accidents. China Juxin thinks the operater of crusher should be with specialized knowledge and full operating experinence.
2.Forbid to start the crusher with some things in the crushing chamber.
Before starting the crusher, check whether there are ore or other things in the crushing chamber. China Juxin crusher is not allowed to start with load, beause the mode of starting with load will cause the electrical tripping and damage the parts of crusher.
3.Forbid to use the unqualified power.
The unqualified power will damage the motor, so it will cause the unnormal running of crusher, even the full set of stone crushing plant.
4.Forbid to work without the protective articles.
When the crusher is on, that will make some noise and dust to hurt the operater, so China Juxin advocate the operater should wear his protective articles.
5.Forbid to only use the crusher without maintenance.
The maintenance of crusher is very important, the usage of crusher for long time will cause the some avoidable abrasion. The operater should regularly check and maintain the crusher and add the lubricating oil.
6.Forbid to not turn off the power in case of outages.
In case of outages, please turn off the power. When it's of power on suddenly, that will damage the crusher. When finish the work, the operater should turn off the power.
