Firstly, check the lubrication state of the shaft, the lubrication oil can't be too much or too little, and when the lubrication oil is very short, the jaw crusher cannot run, that's to say, too much or too little embellish grease will cause the bearing heating up. According to the lubrication description standard, join embellish grease to the bearing of the bearing capacity of 50-70%, normal efficient work to ensure the crusher. Also need to be replaced every three months a embellish grease, guarantee the clean oil, it is forbidden to appear pollutants block the condition of the oil hole.
Secondly, check the firmness between bearing cover and shaft, when the bolt is over-tight, or the clearance is too small, that will cause the bearing heating. It the bolts are too loose, the housing of jaw crusher will shake, so causing unnecessary load impact on bearing and heating the bearing. Normally, the operater often should check cover bolt looseness and ensure a qualified clearance to avoid heating the bearing.
Finally, if the operater can not deal with the question, please contact with the factory as soon to make sure if it's due to the quality of the bearings. The unqualitifized bearings will also cause its heating. If so, the factory will help you deal with the question or change the bearings with high quality.
