When jaw crusher is on, the jaw plate is continually damaged by hard ore, so the size of its outlet is more and more bigger. And the size of the outlet has the closely connection with the productivity and power consumption of jaw crusher, thus the timely adjustment of the outlet important significance for the investor.
The adjusting methos of the outlet for China Juxin crusher is as below:
1.The adjusting method of gasket.
Put a set of gaskets with the same thickness and increase or decrease the number of gaskets to adjust the outlet size of jaw crusher. This adjusting device is very suitable for meduim or large type jaw crusher beause of these features: simple and compact structure, less gain of weight etc.
2.The adjusting method of wedge.
Turn the nut on the bolt, wedge block up or down along the back wall frame for mobile, drive wedge before moving forward or backward, so as to promote the thrust plate or hubei, row ore mouth in order to achieve the purpose of the adjustment.This adjustment method is convenient and can save much time, but increase the size and weight of the machine, small jaw crusher is often used in the adjustment device.
3.The hydraulic adjustment.
Jaw crusher with hydraulic safety device is safety reliable and easy to troubleshoot. This kind of crusher on the connecting rod is equipped with a hydraulic oil cylinder and piston, cylinder connected to the upper connecting rod, piston and thrust plate bearing.
When the jaw crusher is normally working, the cylinder is full of pressure oil, and the piston and cylinder is equivalent to an integral connecting rod. When crushing cavity into the broken objects, connecting rod stress increases quickly, oil cylinder oil pressure increased suddenly, pushed open the liquid valve, pressure oil being squeezed out, the piston and cylinder to loosen.At this point, the connecting rod of oil cylinder, though still with eccentric shaft rotation and movement up and down, but the connecting rod piston, thrust plate and moving jaw is not swing and play the role of insurance device.
