1.The flying wheel.
The flying wheel of jaw crusher is used to store the energy and make jaw crusher run normally. The belt wheel has the same function with the flying whaeel. 2.The housing.
The housing of jaw crusher is mainly used to support the eccentric shaft and bear the reaction of crushed materials. And the housing in China Juxin has the enough strength and stiffness, and they often use cast steel for integral casting, but the small type use the cast iron with high quality.
3.The adjusting device.
The adjusting device has wedge type, plate type and hydraulic type etc, and the wedge type is the common adjusting devece. The wedge adjusting device mainly consists of two pieces of wedge, and the fomer one can be moved to tough the back pushing plate. The latter one is the adjusting wedge and can be moved up and down. The screw move the wedge up and down to adjust the size of the outlet. For small type jaw crusher, the size of its outlet is based on the number of gaskets between the back toggle plate seat and the scraffold.
4.The jaw plate and side rack.
The fixed jaw and the movable jaw is consisted of jaw bed and jaw plates, and the jaw plate is the main crushing parts and fixed on the jaw bed by the bolts and wedges. The jaw plate and side rack of jaw crusher will suffer the strong impact force.
5.The driving medium.
The eccentric shaft is the main shaft of jaw crusher with the materials of high-carbon steel.One side of the eccentric shaft is the belt wheel, and other side is the flying wheel.
6.The lubricating device
