In the working system of crusher, the lubricant plays a significant part, and it's mainly used for reducing the damage of the friction surface. China Juxin Machinery are introducing the affinity of lubricant and crusher.
1.To reduce the frictional coefficient
Add lubricant into two surfaces which are frictional with each other, then the lubricant forms a lubricating oil film that can reduce the friction coefficient, friction and other power consumption.
2,To reduce the abrasion,
For the long work of the crusher, it's caused profit abrasion, surface rust, bit welding between metal surface, torn apart and other questions, and the lubricants between the friction surfaces is caused these questions. Therefore, the enough lubricant between friction surface can easily reduce the abrasion.
3,To decrease the temperature
For overcoming the abrasion, the operation of crusher also produce some power and the whole power will be converted into heat, some of them are spread out through the housing, and other heat can elevated the temperature of crusher. The addation of the lubricant can reduce the friction coefficient, then the heat will be taken away, so the temperature will be lower and be within the range of required equipment control.
4,To prevent the corrosion of metal
When the crusher is on, the metal parts touch with air, water vapor, corrosive gas and other liquids inevitably. So its corrosion of metal parts is inevitable. If the operator do nothing for the corrosion, the crusher will be damaged for long time, even scrapped. The timely addition of enough lubricant prevent the corrosion of metal.
5, To clean and wash crushing machine
The friction particles and other medias which are between the frictional surfaces, will seriously damage the crusher. But the liquid lubricant liquidity can take friction particles and other medias for expanding its service life.
6,To seal the crushing machine
The lubricating oil can not only lubricate and reduce the friction of the frictional surfaces, but also seal the crusher to improve the work efficiency. The Grease can prevent the frictional surfaces from water, other dust and impurities.
