1.Regularly check the crusher. The operating worker should pay attention to shut machine, regularly check the abrasion of the inside of jaw crusher. In  the check process of jaw crusher, after the crusher completely shut down for maintenance, so that we can avoid a series of dangerous. At the time of repair, make sure to check parts, wearing parts, if it's damaged seriously, please replace them timely.

 

2.Regularly check accessories. The belt of jaw crusher is indispensable in the stone production line, and it's very important for jaw crusher. Regularly adjust the tightness of the conveyor belt, so that it will suffer the evenly pressure. When the crusher is on, the bearings is easily to be damaged, the operator often add 50-70% lubricating oil to the bearings for its service life. Under normal circumstances, the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 35 ℃, the highest temperature rise of less than 70 ℃. About the aintenance of moving jaw bearing, the worker only timely change cleaning oil,  not to replace the bearing.

 

3.Third, to do a good job of lubrication components. Check the friction surface lubrication timely, and guarantee the normal operation of the crusher and prolong service life. The grease should be used according to the site, such as the temperature condition etc. The grease of the bearing must be replaced once every three months; And new oil is added after cleaning petrol or kerosene wash bearing and the bearing seat in the dirt.
