When it's cold, people will have the low working efficiency, and the crusher is same. However, what damagement will the cold weather bring the crusher and how to profect the crusher from these damagements?
As we all know, the running parts are the bearings, and the normal running of the bearings need some lubricating oil. In low temperature environment, lubricating oil can be easily clotted, so the working operating worker should deal with it soon to avoid some bad influence for the crusher.
In China Juxin, there are various of crusher, and these crushers have different working states in different environmental factors. Under the low temperature environment of - 50℃, China Juxin crusher(jaw crusher, impact crusher) still work very well beause of its specific structure. But for the small crusher, double rotor ultra-fine crusher, double roll crusher etc,as their main parts are the complex bearing structure, so it's very necessary that the main parts are lubricated. The low temperature will cause the solidification of lubricating oil, engine oil, and water and other essential oil, so that reduce the service life of crusher drastically. Do a good job of safety inspection and maintenance in advance to make sure the normal working of the crusher.

In low temperature environment, the methods of maintenance for crusher is as below:
1.Timely cleaning crusher equipment of oil bearing parts, pay attention to the sealing ring is damaged, if there is a leak occurs, make sure the skeleton oil seal device such as a seal of the closure.It is forbidden to use high-temperature high-pressure water gun flushing waterproof demanding parts, electrical components, in particular, is wary of leakage electric shock.
2.For the protection of the crusher which is equipped with diesel engine, clean the scale in the tank and you can add a small amount of antifreeze to ensure not frozen.
3.Ensure the safety of the electrical components, check whether there is leakage phenomenon. In addition, the winter should ensure the battery power is enough, to avoid this phenomenon that crusher start difficultly .
