The influence factor for the production rate of jaw crusher

For purchase or use of jaw crusher, customers pay more attention on its production rate, and different types of jaw crusher have different production rates. However,there are many influence factors for the production rate of jaw crusher, such as the size of the inlet and outlet, the shape of jaw plate, the nip angle, the route of movable jaw plate, the swing times, the crushing ratio and the features of ore etc.

The main influence factors for the production rate of jaw crusher is listed as below:
 

 
1.the material properties. For river pebbles, it's very hard and its crushing ratio is also very big, so the production rate is very low.
 
2.the nip angle. The nip angle has a great influence to the production rate, and the reasonable nip angle can raise the production rate rapidly. The nip angle of China Juxin jaw crusher cann't make the ore scroll up, and it can not make the ore jump from the crushing chamber. 
 
3.the speed of eccentric shaft. Within certain limits, more high speed and more high production rate. When the speed is out of the certain limits, the production rate of jaw crusher is opposite with the speed of eccentric shaft. And when the eccentric shaft has the low speed, the swing times of jaw plates, so the ore materials can not be crushed and the production rate can reduce rapidly.
 
4.the routine maintenance. the running condition of jaw crusher is vary important for increasing the production rate. So during the routine running, please note the routine maintenance for increasing productivity and expanding the service life of jaw crusher.
