The importance of regulating device

With the abrasion of side fender, the gap of the outlet escalates, so the discharge size also escalates. For to ensure the discharge size, jaw crusher must have the regulating device to adjust the gap of the outlet. At present, China Juxin jaw crusher adopted the following three regulating devices:
1.Two lean-irons in touch with each other. They are between the bearing of the back toggle plate and the back of housing. This can adjust the gap without limite, and other features: easy to adjust, saving time and no necessary to shut down the crusher. But it add the size and raise the weight of jaw crusher, so it's just suitable for small jaw crusher.
2.The back toggle plate. These back toggle plate with different length(3-5 pieces, 5-10mm between two back toggle plate) adjust the gap of the outlet. This method is limited and has a wide range, but difficult to adjust the gap and waste time.
3.The adjustable gasket(PICTURE 1). The adjustable gasket is the best regulating device, and it's widely used for modern jaw crusher in China Juxin. For the adjustment of the outlet gap, the operating worker can increase and reduce the numbers of the adjustable gasket. It can reach multilevel adjustment, and convenient adjustment. The adjustable gasket makes the crusher more compact and lighter. In China Juxin, PE series of jaw crusher use the method of increasing and reducing the numbers of adjustable gasket to adjust the gap of outlet.
However, the regulating device in foeign contries is different from ours, their regulating device of jaw crusher is the combination between the spring plate and the back toggle plate.
