Operating principle
The massive ore fall into the rejection material basin of the upper crushing chamber rejection from the entrance. The materials are thrown into the wall of cylinder rely on the centrifugal force of the rejection material basin. And they will have a violent collision with the counter board installed on the wall. And the materials hit each other to make them crushed and generate a large number of cracks. Then the materials get into the conical rotor cavity and fall down as spiral in cone space to make the ore with cracks getting further crushed through stamping and extrusion. As to the gradient between conical rotor and liner, the minor material tend to move down to achieve automatically graded broken from big to small. The materials are blowed by the hammer in the conical rotor cavity and have another collision with the high speed moving block materials. The material flow hit each other to make them crushed through blowing, hitting, shearing, extrusion, thus to improve the crushing efficiency. The falling materials from conical rotor cavity get into the lower crushing chamber and rely on the centrifugal force of the rejection material basin to crush the material much smaller. At last, the materials get into the cylindrical rotor to grind the crushed materials for further crushing until they reached the required size.
